Juicy Pork Tenderloin

This was my first time attempting to make a pork tenderloin.  I searched online for a recipe with wonderful reviews. I gave one at Food.com a try!

IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!

Preheat the oven to 525 degrees (500-550 depending on how acurate your oven is and how well it retains it's heat). Rub the 1.16 lb tenderloin with equal parts garlic powder, crushed rosemary, crushed marjoram, onion salt and fresh ground pepper.  Place it in a bread pan.  Place it on the bottom rack of a preheated oven for 6 minutes (5 1/2 minutes per pound) and then shut off the oven and leave in for one hour (DON'T OPEN THE DOOR even though is smells delicious)  Take out and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting!   It was perfectly done and makes me want to try other spices and other cuts of meat... :)

It was a perfect Sunday Dinner!
