Ponderize - a new word?!

Devin Durrant  is the first person I've heard use the word Ponderize.

He said, "The word ponderize is not found in the dictionary, but it has found a place in my heart. So what does it mean to ponderize? I like to say it’s a combination of 80 percent extended pondering and 20 percent memorization."

I started ponderizing a different scripture each week. I'll add them here as I study them!

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks;  for this is the will of God
in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Ephesians 4:32
And be ye kind one to another, tender hearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake has forgiven you

Galatians 5:22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance; against such there is no law.

The Family A proclamation to the world - paragraph 6
Parents have a sacred duty to rear their children in love and righteousness, to provide for their physical and spiritual needs, and to teach them to love and serve one another, observe the commandments of God, and be law-abiding citizens where ever they live. Husbands and wives - mother and fathers - will be held accountable before God for the discharge of these obligations.

Thomas S. Monson
Charity is... having patience with someone who has let us down.  Resisting the impulse to become offended easily. Accepting people as they truly are - with their weakness and shortcomings, seeing their eternal attributes.

Ephesians 5:8-11
...Walk as children of light: for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth; proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
