ZEKE'S NOODLE STROODLE 1-16-25
In a pan, mix all the following… Cook until beef is cooked through.
1 lb. ground pork or beef
2 c. homemade chicken broth
½ small can mushrooms, minced
2 T + ¾ t. dried onion, minced
1 ½ t. chicken bouillon
1 t. garlic salt
½ t. rosemary
½ t. basil
¼ t. black pepper
¼ t. marjoram
1/8 t. crushed red pepper
1/16 t. thyme
6 oz. tomato paste
¼ c. powdered milk
In a separate
container, mix well then add to above mixture.
2 T. cornstarch
¼ c. milk
Continue to stir over medium heat until thickened.
Stir in 1 ½ c. shredded cheese and mix to combine.
Stir in 12 oz. pasta, cooked and drained.
