1 T. tapioca flour
1 c. oat milk
1/4 t. salt (to taste)
1/8 t. onion powder
1/8 t. dried mustard
1/2 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. turmeric (for yellow color)
1/2 t. paprika (for orange color) ...optional
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/2 T. juice of diced green chilis
1/2 T. diced green chilis
Mix all in a pan and cook 'til thick. Stir often
It will be thicker as it cools. Just warm it up again to thin it out.
