Creamy Instant Pot Mac N Cheese
3 1/2 c. water
1 lb pasta
2 t. salt
Cook in Instant Pot (IP) for 3 minutes at 15 lb. pressure with a quick release.
Put it on a low sauté mode and add:
2 T. butter
1/2 t. dry mustard or 1 t. prepared spicy brown mustard
1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk or cream
6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Optional: 1# cooked and seasoned hamburger
Stir until smooth. Turn off and serve.
Add milk or water if too thick until you reach the texture you like.
If you have leftovers, reheat with extra milk or water until you reach the texture you desire.
