2 c. (16 oz) water
1/3 c. (40g) flour (I used soft white wheat)
1 t. dry minced onion
1 T. dry basil
1/2 t. dry minced garlic
1/2 t. marjoram
1 t. salt
1 3/4 c (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
3/4 c. (6 oz can) tomato paste
2 c. (16 oz) water
1/3 c. (40g) flour (I used soft white wheat)
1 t. dry minced onion
1 T. dry basil
1/2 t. dry minced garlic
1/2 t. marjoram
1 t. salt
Bring to a boil, stirring often. Then simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Or... The day before, put all those ingredients in a container in the fridge and let the flavors meld. A smidge before ya need it, just heat it over med-low, stirring often until thickened.
For Spaghetti:
Add 1 1/2 c. cooked hamburger if desired.
Serve over 16 oz pasta (cooked and drained)
Sprinkle with 1/2 oz. shredded parmesan cheese and serve.
For Pizza:
Spread on dough, add toppings and bake as directed!
OR, make cheesy breadsticks and dunk em in the sauce for "Italian Dunkers".
