In a sauce pan over medium heat, cook oil and flour for 30 seconds. Add milk substitute and sausage. Stir til thickened. Enjoy over potatoes, toast, or just eat with a spoon ;)
1/4 c. oil (if using lean meat)
1 1/4 T. white rice flour
1/2 c. + 2 T. milk substitute
1/4 lb. sausage
