ASD Spud Salad Sauce

4 tennis-ball sized spuds - baked, chilled and diced.


In small bowl, mix seasonings and set aside:

1/8 t. onion salt

1/8 t. dry mustard powder

1/8 t. turmeric

1/8 t. salt

1/8 t. paprika

pinch dill weed

pinch crushed celery seed


In sauce pan, add:

1 T. oil

1 1/4 T. rice flour

mix and cook 30 seconds in a sauce pan.

Add a scant 2/3 c. water or milk substitute. Boil, then turn to a simmer and add the seasonings mixture. Mix well.  Fold sauce over spuds (potatoes). Optional...Add in pickles, celery, cheese, boiled eggs, etc..__ Eat warm or refrigerate until chilled.
