1/2 c. fresh basil (20 g) or 2 1/2 T. dried
3 T. diced red onion
2 T. olive oil
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/3 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 lb bowtie pasta
Mix all, except pasta in a bowl and gently mix.
Cook pasta until directions according to package. Drain well. Mix with tomato sauce and enjoy warm or cold.
