2-serving recipe
In microwave safe bowl, heat up and mix
1 T. honey
2 t. oil
4 t. orange juice (try other juice flavors too)
1/8 t. vanilla extract (try other flavors of extract... maple extract with pecans is yummy!)
Add in:
1 c. rolled oats (I use regular)
2 T. flour (any kind you prefer)
1 T. flaked coconut (I prefer unsweetened)
1 T. nuts or seeds
pinch of salt
Mix well and heat in microwave for 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Let cool and enjoy if it's crunchy enough for you. If you prefer it more crunchy, microwave 30 seconds more. Mix in any dried fruits if desired and store in airtight container.

8 T. coconut

1/8 t. salt
Mix well and heat in microwave for 3-6 minutes, stirring every minute. Let cool and if it's the crunchiness you prefer, enjoy! Mix in any dried fruits if desired and store in airtight container.
