Based on the recipe from therecipecritic.com "Incredible Crispy Parmesan Air Fryer Cod"
1 lb. Cod filets
salt and pepper
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, mixed well
Crumb Mixture:
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 t. garlic salt
2 t. Seafood Seasoning
Thaw Cod. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Cover in flour. Dunk in egg and let drip off. Cover with crumb mixture. Place in heated 400 degree air fryer basket for 10 minutes. Internal temp should be 145. If not finished cooking, carefully flip and cook 3-5 more minutes.
Enjoy with some homemade Tartar sauce!
