Made 2.26.18 SUPER AMAZING (Makes 2 10-oz cans of soup)
8 oz. mushrooms
1/2 yellow onion
1 clove garlic
Mince in food processor.
1/4 c. butter or olive oil. Melt and saute minced veggies 5-7 min.

1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
6 T. flour
3/4 c. evaporated milk or regular milk
3/4 c. chicken broth.
Cook til thickened, stirring constantly.
