Makes 12 (501 Calorie) bars
Part 1:
2 eggs
6 T. honey
1/4 c. brown sugar
5 T. apple sauce in place of butter
Part 2:
1 c. oats
2 c. wheat flour
1/4 c. flax meal
1/2 c. powdered milk
1/4 c. coconut flakes - unsweetened
1/4 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
2 t. baking powder
2 1/2 c. popped popcorn
Part 3 - topping:
1 egg
1/4 c. shredded, unsweetened coconut
2 T. raisins
2 T. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans
Mix part 1 well. Mix part 2 to part 1. When thoroughly combined, press into a greased pan or on a silicone mat on a cooking sheet. Mix 3 and spread over the dough in the pan. Cook at 350 degrees for __ minutes. Cut, and let cool.
Popcorn gave it a chewy texture that was kinda weird in not such a good way.
