Fill ya up Breakfast Smoothie

 275 calories 

1/3 c. rolled oats

1/2 c. water.

Microwave the oats and water  for 1-1/2 minutes.

Put in blender with

1 banana

1/4 c. apple sauce

1/2 c. yogurt

Blend til smooth and enjoy
