Part 1 (dry ingredients)
4 c. rolled oatmeal or other rolled grains
1 1/2 c. seeds and or nuts
3/4 c. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Part 2 (wet ingredients)
1/2 c. oil or applesauce
1/2 c. honey
1 t. vanilla extract
2/3 c. dried fruit (Add AFTER it has finished baking)
Mix part 1. Mix part 2, Mix them together and spread on a silicone mat on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 21-24 minutes. You may stir and then press down after 10 minutes for larger clumps. Allow to cool undisturbed for 45 minutes for larger clumps. Store in sealed container.
