Instant Pot Corn Chowder

 2 T. cubed spuds

1 onion, chopped

1 t. salt

2 cans of corn, with juice

1/4 t. pepper

1/2 t. marjoram

3-4 c. milk

1/2 c. flour

Add all but milk and flour to instant pot.  Cook 9 minutes, with a quick release.  Meanwhile, make a white sauce of the milk and flour in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.   Add to pot after pressure is released and combine thoroughly.
