Banana Deliciousness is a simple smoothie that pairs perfectly with homemade toast!
In blender, add
1 c. milk or plain yogurt
1 *frozen banana or 1/2 c. frozen fruit
1/4 t. vanilla extract (optional)
sweetener of choice (optional)
nut butter of choice (optional) My kids like peanut butter and banana.
Blend up and enjoy!
*If you don't have bananas frozen, put room temperature bananas in the blender and add some ice to make the smoothie the texture you want.
(I peel my bananas and cut 'em in half or push my finger in the end to split it in 3rds. Put em on a silicone mat and after they're frozen, put em in a freezer ziploc bag for later.)
