Tartar Sauce
Mini Batch:
2 T. mayo or mashed avocado
1/2 T. finely chopped pickles (put through a garlic press)
3/8 t. chopped onion (put through a garlic press)
1/8 t. dried parsley or 3/8 t. fresh
1/8 t. lemon juice
Regular Batch:
1/4 c. mayo or mashed avocado
