511	Ether 12:28 Behold, I will show unto the Gentiles their weakness, and I will show unto them that faith, hope and charity bringeth unto me—the fountain of all righteousness.	Our weakness helps us to rely on Jesus. Our faith in Christ will keep us hoping and striving to have charity, which is Jesus’ love. It is a love higher than our natural love. ...Father, I wanna have charity, for without it I can’t come home. Thanks for showing me that my weakness doesn’t prevent me from coming home, it help me to keep my focus on You and Jesus! In Jesus name, Amen.
512	Ether 12:41 And now, I would commend you to seek this Jesus of whom the prophets and apostles have written, that the grace of God the Father, and also the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost, which beareth record of them, may be and abide in you forever. Amen.	As I seek for Christ and strive every minute to do as he wants me to, I’ll have the power and help of Heavenly Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. That’s a lot of goodness! ...Father, help me to find Jesus in my daily walk. Help me recognize The Spirit and keep on thy path. In Jesus name, Amen.
513	Ether 13:13-14 And I was about to write more, but I am forbidden; but great and marvelous were the prophecies of Ether; but they esteemed him as naught, and cast him out; and he hid himself in the cavity of a rock by day, and by night he went forth viewing the things which should come upon the people. And as he dwelt in the cavity of a rock he made the remainder of this record, viewing the destructions which came upon the people, by night.	Life was physically uncomfortable for Ether. He put his own comfort after his desire to follow and obey Jesus. How can we make our wants the same as what Jesus and Heavenly Father want for us? ...Father, thanks for helping us in the easy and hard times. Thanks for always being just a prayer away. Thanks for never leaving us alone. Thanks for family, friends, and the church which help strengthen us. I wanna do thy will first in my walk today. In Jesus name, Amen.
514	Ether 14:1 And now there began to be a great curse upon all the land because of the iniquity of the people, in which, if a man should lay his tool or his sword upon his shelf, or upon the place whither he would keep it, behold, upon the morrow, he could not find it, so great was the curse upon the land.	What negative consequences are in my life because I’m not doing God’s will? How can I bring more blessings and peace into my day? ...Father, your peace is worth more than any earthly things. Help me recognize my worldly wickedness so I can set it aside and have your peace with me today and always. In Jesus name, Amen.
515	Ether 14:25 And thus we see that the Lord did visit them in the fulness of his wrath, and their wickedness and abominations had prepared a way for their everlasting destruction.	How can I make sure that my choices are leading to blessings and not to God’s wrath? ...Father, help me be aware of how my choices are in thy sight today. Help me know that I’m precious to you and am able to be stronger than the worldly urges that come because you’re by my side. In Jesus name, Amen.
516	Ether 15:1-3 And it came to pass when Coriantumr had recovered of his wounds, he began to remember the words which Ether had spoken unto him. He saw that there had been slain by the sword already nearly two millions of his people, and he began to sorrow in his heart; yea, there had been slain two millions of mighty men, and also their wives and their children. He began to repent of the evil which he had done; he began to remember the words which had been spoken by the mouth of all the prophets, and he saw them that they were fulfilled thus far, every whit; and his soul mourned and refused to be comforted.	Wow, it’s hard to imagine Ether watching over 8 millions of his own people killed by each other. And all of them refused to follow God. None of us are immune from losing our testimony. We have to fight for it daily and keep strengthening it throughout the day. Will I be the cause of someone else testimony being weakened or strengthened? ...Father, I never wanna lose my testimony of the Savior. Help me as I strive to stay on your path to be a source of strength and not weakness to others’ testimonies of Thee. Thanks for the good and bad examples you’ve helped me see so I have a desire to choose your path. In Jesus name, Amen.
517	Ether 15:19 But behold, the Spirit of the Lord had ceased striving with them, and Satan had full power over the hearts of the people; for they were given up unto the hardness of their hearts, and the blindness of their minds that they might be destroyed; wherefore they went again to battle.	I wanna keep my power and have the Holy spirit with me. How can I make sure my heart and mind is open to God and doing His will before my own earthly, un-celestial desires? ...Father, Thanks for opportunities to learn how The Spirit speaks to my soul. Thanks for helping me change and do better and become better! In Jesus name, Amen.
518	Moroni 1:3 And I, Moroni, will not deny the Christ; wherefore, I wander whithersoever I can for the safety of mine own life.	How can we make our testimony so strong that we will not deny Christ under any circumstances? It’s doing small things daily so we can make small corrections instead of huge changes.  ...Father, please guide me to remember the small things I need to do today to keep Thy spirit with me. In Jesus name, Amen.
519	Moroni 3:3 In the name of Jesus Christ I ordain you to be a priest (or if he be a teacher, I ordain you to be a teacher) to preach repentance and remission of sins through Jesus Christ, by the endurance of faith on his name to the end. Amen.	Forgiveness comes through enduring faith. Some days our faith in Jesus is stronger than others. Take time to pray and ponder God’s words and then write your impressions. ...Father, I pray to recognize thy spirit so I can strengthen my faith… Help me, as I walk into the darkness of the unknown, to stay on your path and be able to be strengthened as I look back and see your hand in my life and in the lives of others. In Jesus name, Amen.
520	Moroni 6:3 And none were received unto baptism save they took upon them the name of Christ, having a determination to serve him to the end.	How determined am I to serve Jesus today? Think back to why you were baptized, or why Jesus wants us to be baptized and the blessings we receive. Satan does not want us to remember, yet God knows the power in remembering our covenants! ...Father, thanks for the opportunity to be baptized and receive the constant help of the Holy Spirit as I remain determined and faithful to Christ til the end of my life. In Jesus name, Amen.
