Fish Tacos 1-12-25 serves 4
12 corn or flour tortillas, heated
Lettuce – shredded
Cheese – shredded
Lime juice
6 tilapia filets – thawed
FISH TACO SAUCE:
1/8 t. garlic powder
¼ dried jalapeno, powdered
1 T. 14 g. mayonnaise
5 T. 75 g. sour cream
Dredging Liquid: 2
T. milk in bowl or on a plate
Dredging Flour:
½ c. flour
1 ½ t. chili powder
½ t. salt
½ t. pepper
Heat up air fryer to 400 degrees.
Dip the fish in milk, then flour mix, and then again in milk
and flour mix. Put on a plate.
Air fry 8 minutes.
While cooking, spread sauce on tortillas, and ½ of a fish on
each tortilla with lettuce, cheese. Drizzle with lime juice.
Fish Taco Sauce is good as a dip for veggies or chips.
